JOEL KITTRELL

Prior to opening The Kittrell Law Firm, Joel chaired the Criminal Defense and Government Investigations practice group of a large Salt Lake City Law firm. He is an experienced trial attorney and has conducted numerous trials, arbitrations and mediations involving complex criminal and civil issues. Joel has extensive experience in the courtroom representing clients charged with both misdemeanor and felony level crimes.  In addition to his state court practice, Joel has extensive experience as a trial attorney in Utah’s federal district court.

Joel has also presented at numerous seminars on various criminal law topics. involving social media use by the government to build a case to the ethics of drug prosecution.  Joel is has also served as an adjunct professor at the S. J. Quinney School of Law.
